Tricon Is Seeking a Corporate Accountant In Mumbai. The US Accounting Department At Tricon Energy Is a Multinational Team With Global Coverage, Overseeing The Following Functions

• Financial Reporting
• Tax

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

• Month end close responsibilities which includes:
• Review monthly account reconciliations
• Analyze account variances
• Prepare and book journal entries
• Assist with financial statement preparation
• Assist with the review of statutory audits in foreign countries
• This role will interface with senior management, FP&A, risk, treasury, human resources, external consultants, and the commercial trading team, each with members globally.
• Strong interpersonal
• Communication skills are required.
  

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• CA Mandatory
• Post CA Qualification minimum 3 years of in accounting experience at a mid to large company.
• Team Handling Experience is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, or financial services preferred
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel required
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards and Oracle BI Enterprise Edition a plus)
