The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of Upwork, freelancer and any other platform
• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to clients
• Convincing and influencing ability
• Aware about the technology (CRM, Website, Portal and Digital Marketing)
• Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
• Good email writing skills
• A positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
