Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 3+ year of experience to
manage Core HR, Keka, employee engagement, HR documentation, HR policies and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
- Payroll
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the interview process.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Track attendance, leaves, and HR reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide basic HR support.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ year of HR experience
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and HRMS tools
