Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Position: Sr. Employee Relations (ER) Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)
Shift Timing: Mon - Fri, 2:00PM - 12:00AM IST
About the Role
Office Beacon is looking for a people-focused Senior Employee Relations Executive to strengthen employee relations, ensure HR compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will partner with HR, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders to resolve workplace issues, support organizational changes, and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Process separation and severance documentation while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Advise managers on employee conduct, performance, restructuring, and HR policies.
- Investigate employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with employees, consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze ER metrics and trends to recommend proactive solutions.
- Support consultant retention, redeployment, and referral initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Compliance, Legal, Safety, and leadership on complex ER cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR/Employee Relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and labor relations.
- PHR certification is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
