The Management Trainee program is designed to provide structured learning, practical exposure, and leadership development opportunities to prepare candidates for future managerial roles within the organization.
Selected candidates will undergo intensive training in outlet operations, customer service, team management, inventory control, sales growth, food safety, and business management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain high service standards at the outlet.
Outlet Operations
Learn and support daily outlet operations.
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Sales & Business Development
Support sales promotion activities.
Assist in achieving outlet sales targets.
Learn upselling and customer engagement techniques.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and product availability.
Assist in stock verification and inventory control.
Minimize wastage and product losses.
Team Management
Work closely with outlet teams.
Participate in staff training and development activities.
Learn scheduling and workforce management practices.
Compliance & Food Safety
Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support outlet audit readiness and compliance activities.
