MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Location: Visakhapatnam | On-site

Work schedule: Six days a week

Experience: 0–1 year; freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome

Project Sales Corp is looking for proactive, curious and motivated graduates and PGDM/MBA professionals who want to build careers in sales, supply chain, international business and operations.

Selected Management Trainees will rotate across functions supporting PSC’s India and international businesses, gaining practical exposure to:

• India and global business development

• Inside sales and customer development

• Supply chain and procurement

• Inventory and stock management

• Vendor coordination

• Order execution and commercial operations

• Special business assignments

The programme will help trainees understand the business cycle—from customer enquiries and sourcing to inventory, sales and order execution. Following successful completion, trainees will be assigned to a function based on their strengths, performance and business requirements.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates in a relevant discipline or PGDM/MBA holders from a recognised institution

• Candidates with 0–1 year of work experience, including freshers and those with internship experience

• Strong spoken and written English for customer and supplier communication

• Knowledge of Hindi or Telugu would be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and handle varied assignments

• A practical approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, six days a week

Candidates willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam are welcome.

Compensation and Career Progression

Graduate Management Trainee

Starting CTC: ₹2.25 lakh per annum

On successful completion of the one-year programme: Assistant Manager — ₹3.00 lakh CTC per annum

PGDM/MBA Management Trainee

Starting CTC: ₹2.75 lakh per annum

On successful completion of the one-year programme: Associate Manager — ₹4.00 lakh CTC per annum

Progression is subject to successful completion of the programme and satisfactory performance.
