The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human
Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance
management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human
Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance
management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role
requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive
employee experience in line with organizational objectives..
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Handle onboarding formalities, induction programs, and documentation for new hires
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and corporate events.
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Payroll systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
