Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human

Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance

management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role

requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive

employee experience in line with organizational objectives..

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Handle onboarding formalities, induction programs, and documentation for new hires

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and corporate events.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Payroll systems).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
