Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Bhopal. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a strong pipeline across target industries and service offerings. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, presenting ZENZART TECHNOLOGY’s solutions, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular sales and activity reports to leadership. The Executive will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy improvements to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• 0-4yrs of experience in Business Development.
• Strong Business acumen and understanding of IT services, software development, and consulting offerings.
• Effective Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and professional client interaction.
• Experience with Account Management, including relationship-building, upselling, and retention activities.
• Proven experience in business development or sales in IT services or technology consulting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional technical and delivery teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and basic MS Office or productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Preferred-

Prior experience in IT Staffing and IT Consultancy as Business Development.
