Job Description & Key Responsibilities

About This Role

We build interfaces that enterprise clients use every day to run their operations — not pretty demos. As a Frontend Engineer at SequenceDynamics, you'll work on complex data-rich dashboards, multi-step workflow builders, and real-time monitoring UIs. You care about performance (not just aesthetics), have deep React/TypeScript fluency, and can translate ambiguous product requirements into clean, accessible, maintainable UI components.

What You'll Do

  • Build production-grade React/TypeScript UIs for our product suite (Snow AI, SalaryMint, client ERPs)
  • Implement complex data visualisations (charts, tables, kanban boards, timeline views)
  • Optimise web performance — bundle size, rendering efficiency, Core Web Vitals
  • Write accessible, responsive components using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and consume APIs effectively
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to the design system
  • Write unit and integration tests for UI components

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development with React and TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of component architecture, state management, and rendering patterns
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern design system implementation
  • Proficiency with build tools (Vite, Webpack) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to work with real-time data (WebSockets, SSE, Supabase Realtime)
  • Strong attention to detail and pixel-level design accuracy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or canvas-based rendering
  • Background in data visualisation with Recharts, D3.js, or similar
  • Design sensibility and basic Figma proficiency
