Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage all university financial transactions, including revenue, expenditures, and fee collections.
- Oversee student fee payments, monitor collections, and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.
- Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations regularly and monitor the institution's cash position.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial records and documentation.
- Manage payroll records and facilitate timely salary processing for employees.
- Develop departmental budgets and prepare financial projections and forecasts.
