Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Executive - Human Resource will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring effective performance management systems are in place, and supporting the overall HR functions within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in human resources who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
