About the Role

We are looking for high-potential, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Management Trainee program in Premium Retail.

As a Management Trainee, you will receive structured exposure to various aspects of store operations, sales, customer experience, inventory management and people management. This role is designed to build strong business acumen and leadership capabilities, preparing you for future managerial roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end premium retail store operations.
• Support the team in driving sales, customer experience and store-level business targets.
• Analyse sales and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in inventory management, merchandising and operational processes.
• Work closely with store teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the complete retail business.
• Support team management, employee engagement and day-to-day people processes.
• Understand and implement company policies, SOPs and service standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strong leadership, decision-making and managerial capabilities through on-the-job learning.
