Hiring: Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst who can independently drive analytical projects, solve complex business problems, and communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop complex, optimized, and reusable SQL & Python (Pandas) solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and process improvements.
• Independently lead projects from problem definition to execution.
• Present insights effectively to senior/international stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and support analytical best practices.
• Work effectively in ambiguous and evolving business environments.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong SQL & Python (Pandas) skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & Looker.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and work with ambiguity.
• Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day analytics.
• Basic knowledge of A/B Testing & Machine Learning is a plus.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Shell scripting
• API integration & data extraction
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams

📍 Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 3-7 Years
