Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Jodhpur Raj.
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Timings : 11 A.M. to 7 P.M.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our software company. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analyzing business performance to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor company revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning.
Develop financial models and performance dashboards.
Support management with data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams.


Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Experience with ERP/accounting software is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CA).
