- Make offline-first a real architecture, not a caching afterthought.
- Ship interfaces that perform on entry-level Android devices.
- Implement multilingual rendering across Indic scripts properly.
- Pair with field teams; watch real users before redesigning anything.
- Keep accessibility non-negotiable — this company screens for disability.
- 3+ years shipping production web frontends.
- Performance instincts for low-end devices and slow networks.
- Experience with Indic script rendering a strong plus.
- Humility to let a teacher in Keonjhar redesign your component.
