Role Description

This full-time Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Flying Operations role is an on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The trainee will support flight operations planning, including mission preparation, route analysis, and coordination with engineering and logistics teams. Daily responsibilities include assisting in pre-flight and post-flight checks, monitoring performance data from eVTOL platforms, and helping ensure compliance with operational safety protocols. The role involves documenting procedures, preparing operational reports, and contributing to process improvements for aerial cargo missions. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior team members, learning operational workflows, technical systems, and regulatory considerations related to flying operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand and work with flight operations procedures, safety standards, and basic aviation regulations.
  • Comfort with data analysis, technical documentation, and use of engineering or operations software tools.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies and methods in aerial mobility.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and participate in field operations as required.
  • Interest or prior exposure to UAVs, eVTOL systems, or aviation operations is an advantage.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement in operational performance.
